Protections built into every withdrawal

Most losses happen at the moment funds leave an account. These are the checks that stand between a request and a transfer.

Account and withdrawal controls

  • Withdrawal address book

Withdrawals can only go to an address you have added in advance — not to an address typed at the moment of withdrawal.

  • Separate funds password

Moving funds out requires a funds password that is separate from your login password.

  • Identity verification

Verification must be complete before a futures position can be opened.

  • One-time codes

Sensitive actions are confirmed with a code sent by SMS or email.

  • Invisible human check

Automated abuse is filtered out with a proof-of-work challenge that runs in the background — there are no images to click.

  • Separated balances

Spot, contract and copy-trading balances are held separately, so a loss in one does not drain the others.

On the chain side

  • Deposits reconciled automatically

Incoming transactions are detected on-chain and credited without manual review, which removes the step where a screenshot could be faked.

  • One deposit address per chain

Your address on a chain is yours and does not rotate, so a saved address stays correct.

  • Withdrawals are queued, not instant-signed

A withdrawal request enters processing rather than signing a transaction the instant the button is pressed.

What we do not claim

This page lists only protections that are actually implemented in the product. We do not hold third-party security certifications, published audit attestations, or insurance cover, and we do not publish assets-under-management figures. If any of that changes, it will appear here with a link to the source.

Frequently asked questions

  • What happens if someone gets my password?

A login password alone cannot move funds. Withdrawals additionally require the funds password and a destination address that was added to your address book beforehand.

  • Do you support two-factor authentication?

Sensitive actions are confirmed with a one-time code sent by SMS or email. There is no authenticator-app or hardware-key option at present.

  • Are you audited or certified?

No. We do not hold third-party security certifications or published audit attestations, and this page does not claim otherwise.
